Do I get refund if I can't make the trip ?
2. Cancellation conditions:
2.1 Cancellation conditions for dive packages without liveaboards: if the cancellation is made 90 calendar days or more before the beginning of the program, Fun Dives Travel LTD will refund at 100 % minus 100 Euros per participant, minus the cost of the flight ticket. If the cancellation is made between 60 calendar days and 89 calendar days before the beginning of the program, Fun Dives Travel LTD will refund at 100 % minus 150 Euros per participant, minus the cost of the flight ticket. If the cancellation is made between 31 calendar days and 59 calendar days before the beginning of the program, Fun Dives Travel LTD will refund at 100 % minus 200 Euros per participant minus the cost of the flight ticket. If the cancellation is made less than 31 days before the beginning of the program, no refund will be possible. No possible refunds in the event of personal injury, airplane delay, mechanical breakdowns, weather, sickness, strikes, war, criminal acts, terrorism act, natural catastrophe, quarantine, or if the customer is not present at the beginning of the activity.

2.2 Cancellation conditions for dive packages with liveaboards MV Mermaid 1 and MV Mermaid 2: if the cancellation is made 90 calendar days or more before the beginning of the program, Fun Dives Travel LTD will refund at 100 % minus 200 Euros per participant, minus the cost of the flight ticket. If the cancellation is made less than 90 days before the beginning of the program, no refund will be possible. No possible refunds in the event of personal injury, airplane delay, mechanical breakdowns, weather, sickness, strikes, war, criminal acts, terrorism act, natural catastrophe, quarantine, or if the customer is not present at the beginning of the activity.
2.3. Non respect of article 1. Price and reservation conditions is considered as a cancellation from the customer.
2.4. If the customers are not present at the boat departure, no refund will be possible.
2.5. If the customer who follows a dive course is not present at the boat departure, another 70 Euros will be charged if the customer wishes to finish the course.
2.6 Special conditions on the flight tickets: all airline ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fun Dives Travel LTD cannot proceed to any change in the flight tickets. Any inquiry regarding changes in the flight tickets must be made by the flight ticket holder to the airline directly. Any changes in the flight ticket regarding date, destination or name is at the responsibility of the airline. If the customer is not present at the boarding on time, the airline can cancel the return flight. If the customer can't be at the boarding on time, the customer has the responsibility to advise the airline by him or herself.
2.7. If the customers are not present at the departure of the ferry boats, no refund will be possible.
2.8. In case of cancellation, Fun Dives Travel will try to negotiate with the dive operators and hotel reservation companies a refund or partial refund. In case of cancellation, Fun Dives Travel will work for the customers interests.
3. General conditions:
The scuba diving package is sold by Fun Dives Travel LTD.
The customers agree that they must respect the PADI standards, and be in good physical conditions for the practice of scuba diving.
The minimum dive certification required is PADI open water diver or CMAS one star or equivalent to join a scuba diving activity other than a dive course.
The customers agree they should meet the pre requisites given by the PADI standards to begin a PADI dive course.
The customers agree they should meet the pre requisites given by the SSI standards to begin a SSI dive course.
The customers agree that they should stop diving at least 18H00 before taking a commercial flight.
The organization of the dives and the safety on the boat is the responsibility of the dive staff and the captain of the boat. The customers agree not to hold Fun Dives Travel LTD responsible for the number of dives or / and for any change in the dive schedule.
The customers must respect the safety rules given by the dive staff.
The dive staff can prevent the customer from diving if the customers fails respecting the dive safety rules, or if the customer does not show a proof of minimum required dive certification. No refund will be possible if the customer does not respect the safety rules given by the dive staff does not show a proof of minimum required dive certification.
The choice of the dive sites and of the live aboard cruise itinerary belongs to the captain of the boat and the dive staff. The dive sites and cruise itinerary can be changed due to weather conditions and / or dive conditions.
The customer agrees not to hold Fun Dives Travel Ltd for the amount of dives made or for any change of itinerary during the package sold by Fun Dives Travel Ltd.
Fun Dives Travel LTD is not responsible for the customer's success at the examination of a dive course. The certification at the end of a dive course is the responsibility of the instructor who teaches the dive course to the customers. The customers agree that they must meet the Padi standards to be certified.
Fun Dives Travel Ltd includes a membership dive insurance in all scuba diving activities. In case of a diving accident, the customers agree they must call the phone number of the dive insurance company. The customers agree that Fun Dives Travel is not responsible for the handling of the dive accident or for the handling of any refund following a dive accident.
The customers understand they must provide their own travel insurance. Fun Dives Travel doesn't provide any travel insurance.
3.1. The customers agree not to hold Fun Dives Travel LTD responsible for any scuba diving accidents or other accidents that could happen during a sojourn sold by Fun Dives Travel LTD
